The UHF frequency band is higher than the VHF frequency band, so UHF radios have better penetration.

First, please confirm whether it is beyond the talk range. You and group members need to be within talk range of the walkie-talkie.
Second, please confirm whether the channel frequency and the CTCSS/DCS you used is the same as those of other members.
8. Why can't the walkie-talkie be turned on?
Check whether the battery power is too low or not, then confirm that the battery is installed properly. If it still cannot be opened, please contact us to help you
9. What's the warranty?
We will provide 100% QC inspection before shipment. 12 months for radio, 6 months for accessories, excludes damaged by human.
